When FISH FATE rolls up on wheels...
After years of living on beautiful Camano Island and wishing someone—anyone—would serve up fish & chips that were crispy, clean (yes, fried in real beef tallow, NOT seed oils), and actually affordable, Christie and I finally decided… why not us? When a freshly renovated food truck crossed our path, we took it as a sign that it’s never too late to jump into something new. Now we’re serving the kind of comfort food we always craved: golden fish & chips, savory fish sandwiches, simple but satisfying fish tacos, and on those chilly island days, a steaming cup of clam chowder with a side of fries that warms you right through.
